The main ingredient is an extremely high-quality yellowtail with rich fat. By its being steeped in Mirin, Japanese traditional seasoning for two days, the exquisite balance of umami and sweetness comes perfect. This product received Aquatic Department Chief Award in the 56th Nagasaki Prefecture's promotional festival for processed marine products. We shipped this product to the U.S. as sample in November, 2020. They were used for hamburgers, and we got good reviews in terms of plenty of umami and the convenience of cooking method.
