We have 4 kinds of products for vegetarians, we use different noodles according to local noodles such as Kitakata's extremely thick noodles, Sapporo's medium thick noodles, Tokyo's medium thin noodles and Hakata's thin noodles. Also, we do not use livestock meat, eggs, milk, pigment, thus we use materials that easy to distribute even in countries with export restrictions.
