These yuzu fruit, organically grown in Tokushima prefectures and Ehime prefectures of Japan, are dried at a low temperature, so as not to spoil their natural aroma, and processed into flakes. They can be used as an ingredient in tea blends, cooking, sweets, etc. This product is being exported to the United States, and is made using blended black tea ingredients. By cultivating farmland that had become like a jungle due to a lack of successors, reviving them into organic fields, and using solar power generation for solar sharing, we aim to achieve SDGs and create a recycling based society. The kale that we cultivate and harvest is processed in JAS certified organic factories. We use far infrared rays to dry it without destroying its nutrients, and then process it into granulated and powdered forms without additives. We export to Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Kuwait, and other countries.
