All ingredients including two major ingredients, soy beans and wheat, are 100% produced in Japan. For soybeans, only whole soybeans are used (not defatted soybeans). No vinegar or artificial additives are used. The refreshing flavor and slight sourness comes only from fresh yuzu citrus grown in Japan.
